Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing
Your data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between you and the Company (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation) or for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (i.e., among others, to ensure network and information security, to ensure the possibility and preservation and assertion of the controller's rights; Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

You have the right of access to your data and the right to request their rectification and deletion after the period referred to above. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data on grounds related to your particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to request the restriction of data processing in situations provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation and to data portability.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged violation was committed.
